About Ellen Roseman
For For over twenty five years, Ellen Roseman B.A. has been working in adoptions as a facilitator in California, guiding prospective parents and Birthparents through the maze of infant adoption. Ellen has helped facilitate over 1800 infant and older child adoption placements.

Ellen Roseman has published numerous articles on adoption and is a popular speaker at adoption related workshops, organizations and conferences across the United States. Ellen's professional affiliations include serving as the California Southwestern Regional Director for the American Adoption Congress, an adoption chair for Resolve of Northern California, an active member of The California Adoption Alliance, The Coalition for Adoption Reform and Education, The National Open Adoption Coalition, The Council for Equal Rights in Adoption, The Child Welfare League of America, the YWCA Mentoring Program, has served as a board member for the Post Adoption Center for Education and Research, treasurer for the Academy of California Adoption Professionals, and she is currently the Marin County triad support group leader for Pacer.

Jane Kemp has been affiliated with Cooperative Adoption Consluting since 1998 and has served as our Outreach Coordinator since 2004. Her enthusiasm, creativity, organizational skills and comprehensive knowledge of adoption outreach make her a valuable asset to Cooperative Adoption Consulting.

In her role as outreach coordinator, Jane enjoys working closely with our waiting families and assisting them in all aspects of their adoption outreach process. Jane is a frequent guest speaker on open adoption, single parent adoption and adoption outreach for Open Path and Resolve. She is a member of PACER, Open Path, Resolve, and the American Adoption Congress.

Jane Kemp is an adoptive mother of one son, Kieran, whom she is raising in a fully open adoption.
